Tallow is rendered fat. The rendering is the process that melts raw fat and makes it into tallow.

Tallow is a healthy fat. It contains a wide array of all the beneficial nutrients that our skin needs to repair itself. It is the BEST moisturizer if you want healthy skin. Tallow contains nourishing vitamins and essential fatty acids that are non-comedogenic and work WITH your skin to repair itself. It can also help prevent damage to the skin with antioxidants that keep your skin healthy and strong. The natural antimicrobial properties in tallow help prevent acne and breakouts. It’s anti-inflammatory properties also keep your skin from irritation.

A little goes a LONG way, use a pea size warmed up in clean hands and press into your skin. Your skin will feel hydrated without feeling greasy!

Tallow has a melting point of 95 degrees. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Use within 1 year.

!!! During warmer months we suggest you to order our tallow where it will not sit in a box for a long period of time. If you receive your tallow and it has melted you can refrigerate to re-cool. The melting will not affect the quality of the product however, the whipped consistency may change.
